Meals were tasty, sizes were reasonable, pricing was good too. Good atmosphere in a good location. Limited parking out front. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Eight of us came to Coriander Thai Kitchen in Ashburton on a Saturday evening for dinner. The staff here were all so friendly and welcoming. They made the experience like a fine dining restaurant experience as they were extremely attentive to our table. We ordered a range of food and drinks, and everything shortly arrived. To our delight, everything was delicious. Thank you to Coriander Thai Kitchen and all the staff.

Disappointing and embarassing experience. Bought my interstate cousin here for meal. The first dish arrived approx 2 hours after we ordered. Two of our party had already left by then at the hour and a half mark as they were too hungry to wait any longer. It was very clear phone orders were priorities. Wish we had known as take away could have worked for us. Sad.

The staff were rude and the dishes were terrible, I found a fly in the food and they refused to change it. Don't go there and waste your money and ruin your joy.

Fam made a booking for 6:30pm, was even on the phone with a lady when ringing up the restaurant but she was too stupid to mention that the restaurant was closed as we were right outside the restaurant with it being pitch black inside with no one there.

Coriander Thai Kitchen
The high standard of this restaurant has been recovered since we last came just after Covid. This is Thai food that is a cut above many suburban restaurants. Presentation is often spectacular as in the Pla Aroi. Servings are most generous! The mixed entree we started with was uniformly excellent with no hint of oiliness in the fried delicacies. We will certainly be back.
