Brooks lookout
One of my favourite places to go, weather its to walk the track to the actual lookout, explore around the area for rocks and old history with so many mine shafts still around or just sittting in the car and enjoying the view, especially when there is a storm rolling in. It has to be one of the most peacful and magical places in the Clare Valley

Vast open spaces as far as the eye can see. Too bad the lookout region is closed due to the fire warnings this season. Guessing it will be closed until Feb/Mar end.

Great long ranging views. Closes for the fire season and the road to it is pretty rough.

The night sky is absolute. You can witness whole galaxy of stars and shooting stars. Very peaceful place.
