What an eyesore!Absolute rip off pricing which they make up as they go (barely anything is marked with a price).Items and premises are in filthy condition covered in dust, cockroach droppings and dirt.Brand new cages covered in cobwebs stored haphazardly so now in bad condition yet overpriced,Birds in dirty aviaries and cages.Definitely avoid if you have allergies or respiratory conditions.

Full of lovely birds and other animals. Staff are very nice and love to chat with them and give me advice about new birds. The budgies and cockatiels are very happy and you can get a wide supply of pet products here.

Just bought a mid size dog bed from this place. Wanted a mid size bed quickly after my border ate his old one. $69.90 on the card on a bed retailing on the net at under $20. First time in and last time. Ripped off.

Just walked in, asked hour much a chook was told me $30, came back to counter to ask how much by saying “sorry how much was the silky bantom” all I got was “I’m on the phone” 10/10 on how to treat customers wanting to spend money baha

The lady behind the counter has been working there for 25 years and I believe she's put her heart and soul into this place.It has a large selection of absolutely everything with more bird cages then you could ever want and a large selection of fish tanks as well.The quality of stock is a bit of a shambles as some looks second hand and some looks new which is not a problem for me.A large collection of animals from chickens to rats some goldfish as well.Last time I was there shop looked in better shape I feel like it's just too much for two staff to handle and a good wipe down of all the shelves and a good dusting could make the place look a lot better.

Feed and fowl bedding is affordable, but feeders, bird cages, etc are very over-priced and always dirty. Customer service is unfriendly.
