Hertz Car Rental - Wonthaggi Downtown HLE

utterly hopeless, confirmed a hire online on Friday. Staff had no knowledge of reservation and couldn't use computers to even search for reservation. After 15 minutes of watching them fumble around only to be told they don't have vans available and watch them do the same to another customer that reserved a ute.

Absolutely thrilled with our LDV Delivery 9 Hi Top Long Wheelbase!Was exactly the vehicle we wanted to make the trip of a lifetime. Celebrating with old friends & new from all around Australia.The vehicle was a dream to drive & both Maureen & I were warm, comfortable, & relieved that our dogs travelled so well.I cannot thank Glenn from Wonthaggi Hertz for all of his excellent customer service, the comprehensive information, and genuine kindness in assisting us with this hire. Both gents at the Wonthaggi office were friendly and professional. They helped with the sometimes difficult to deal with insurance company. Highly recommended

Shocking experience from the staff..hired a truck and returned after few hours with full tank of fuel. It was checked by a staff member and verified. Next day, when i got invoice they charged me for fuel also,when another staff checked the truck on next day morning it wasn't full so they charged me. Also said the staff whochecked the fuel, he is a new staff member he didnt know how to check the fuel properly.I have contacted many times for clarification but staff Didn't return the call to clarify the issue i have to chase them to get clarification....Really disappointing and frustrating experience from the staff...However i had some good experience from hertz wonthaggi few months ago from a different staff...

Limited stock. Reserved a van for a small furniture removal and when one wasnt available, I was asked if I'd drive a 3 ton truck. Big difference and not particularly enjoyable experience.Both when picking the vehicle up and dropping it back, it took quite some time as there was only one attendant who was also running petrol station. Not great service, Hertz.

Hiring a truck through Hertz Wonthaggi made moving house a breeze. The truck was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful.Would definitely use them again for the next move.

Just dealt with Emma at Wonthaggi Hertz office, she came in from home to sort out my problem which she did really pleasantly. This was after I was fobbed off twice by two separate Pakenham office staff, will never deal with them again. Well done Emma.

Glenn was so amazing at wonthaggi and went out if his way to fix what head office mucked up in relation to my hire vehicle,so approachable and kind ,also good value for money xx

Just rented a beautiful kia cerato sedan it was a little taste of luxury whilst my car was getting fixed, the process was very straight forward, easy and really affordable. The return was even better it was as quick as 1, 2 and 3 and was refunded my deposit and on my way.
