if I could give no stars I would. the layers did a great job under difficult circumstances and the carpet we chose was lovely. however the service and attitude from carpet right was appalling. it was a debacle from start to finish. the job was delayed by carpet right even though it had been booked in for months, it then took months to complete leaving me with half finished rooms. the staff were rude and dismissive when I tried to follow up. and to top off - when they realised a year after the debacle began that they had forgotten to bill me a portion of the bill they threatened me with legal action. disgusted at their attitude and service. would never ever use carpet right again

Greg (in shop) was very friendly and informative without being pushy.. carpet was installed exactly as communicated. Installers (Ash and Dan) were very professional and efficient. And the carpet itself is superb.

I opted for SDN over a wool carpet - and I love it. Good price (better than when I last had carpet laid 11 years ago - by a competitor). Very helpful service and informative advice. Beautifully laid with good attention to detail. Many thanks Carpet Right.

I cannot fault Carpet Right. Jo was very helpful, friendly and professional. She put us at ease when we tried to get our head around how it was going to get installed when we had a household full of furniture. The installation went off without a hitch. The installers did an amazing job and it only took a day. I’d recommend Carpet Right to anyone.

Great service. Luke in the showroom helped us pick what we wanted and let us take home as many samples as we liked. Once we chose, delivery and installation happened quickly and the installer was great at his job. We are very happy with the new carpet and the service we received.

All the service we received from Jo and the team was great.We received immediate service, delivery dates when we needed the carpet installed and no issues along the way. The carpet fitter was on time, worked quickly and professionally and the result is great. Would highly recommend!
