Walked into the store as the online chat and cart are not working to upgrade my mobile phone. 3-4 staff chatting amongst themselves not doing much and was approached by one and told I was in a queue with 6 other before me" and that wait time to be seen was 40 minutes.I don't know many people who have 40 minutes to wait around for service when you attend a retail outlet for a specific purpose.Seems to be a very common theme with the store

Had a really tough issue to work through and knew it would challenge who ever was assigned to me. Keita drew the short straw.Keits handled the issue with absolute professionalism. Her can do attitude is a real asset to Telstra, highly recomend

A busy outlet. Suggest pre-booking a time if possible. Door appointments available and this can work if there are cancellations or gaps between appointments.

They helped me immensely. Young Ty Johnson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with me as I'm not very technologically minded when it comes to new phones.

Very unhelpful. Could not care less that my modem had died within warranty and gave no solutions except to pay $280 for a new one. I suggest using one of the smaller Telstra stores where they may have customer service not cattle service.

Very unhelpful after phone wouldn’t work due to Telstra issues . Raj didn’t wanna know about it and huffed the whole time. Will be canceling all services and going to anyone but Telstra after 10 years

Staff are friendly enough. Service and wait times are absolutely stupid. Amount of people actually serving people extremely poor. Plenty of staff just not doing much of anything for in store customers.Really, can’t believe so little interest on doing anything else besides address customers.Most of the staff could easily be in an office somewhere (even overseas or just work from home) no point at all in them being in store.

So sitting here in Telstra North lakes for the 7th time. Sold me the wrong phone ..not compatible with new modem….this is after i have brought in my old phone 3 times to check. Damion is not interested in customer service ( waiting for an hr) ….this branch are only interested in selling mobile phones and contracts…your money - service no existant
