I don’t normally leave reviews but I have been so impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this company that I had to commend them on their work. I have been liaising with Aleks in relation to exporting some goods to Asia and he has been a Godsend. I’ve been trying to find a competent and adept export agent and found that those I worked with in the past lacked experience and effective communication. I’ve never needed to call or email for updates or timelines, Aleks always ensures that I’m in the know — a major advantage of a busy sole trader. So relieved I found you guys. Please do yourself a favour upon reading this review and immediately cease any engagement with this company. Never in my life have I been witness to such a childish and shocking display of unprofessionalism. Their attitude to customers and collaborating businesses is that of a faithless and dishonest snake. Anticipate lies and contempt as you try to navigate your way through their prepubescent understanding of even basic communication. This failure comes from upper management and spirals all the way down to their minions, who obviously don’t care. Take this as a warning, do not use or engage with these people, they are liars and snakes.

Our company, Bcompact Pty Ltd, recently had a need for a freight forwarding agent to import a 20' container. We searched the internet and sent out several emails, but only received three replies. Of those replies, Nathan from Worldwide Customs & Forwarding impressed us the most with his swift, detailed, and friendly responses. After considering our options, we decided to engage their services.Throughout the process, Nathan showed professionalism and expertise in handling any tricky issues that arose. Despite our repeated questions, he remained patient and attentive. We are happy to report that our container arrived in Sydney as promised and all quoted costs were honoured.
