Recently I purchased a Grand Cru BLACK 166-bottle wine fridge.All negotiations were arranged via email and phone calls and were conducted most amicably. The unit was delivered precisely in terms of arrangements.I could not be happier with the unit and would have no hesitation in recommending the same product to my family and friends.(Would appreciate you not using my photograph, if you have one)

Grand Cru Wine Fridges
I have replaced the whole kitchen with a very high-end quality cabinetry and appliances including the floor tiles. I had never had wine fridge before but as a wine lover always kept my wines casually in basement. So I investigated to find a compact dual zone wine fridge to be of high quality and look good to match other appliances. Grand Cru was the answer and it was very reasonable in price with good warrantee. Above all they are always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend them as one of the best supplier of wine fridge in Australia.

Grand Cru Wine Fridges
Very happy with our purchase of a Grand Cru Black 166DB wine fridge. It really sets our new wine buffet apart. The pre-sales chat was very responsive and the $150 discount for first time purchase was great. Delivery was excellent, with phone calls to ensure someone was home prior to delivery and delivery staff very careful with unloading and placement of product. Although the light can be turned off - we find it works well as a bit of a night light LOL. Next job is to work on filling it!

Good service and the fridge is functioning as it should. Early days yet though. We replaced another make that only lasted the warranty period. With Grand Cru's 5 year warranty, peace of mind is had. I would recommend. These fridges are built to Grand Cru's Australian specifications I understand.

I got an email with key recommendations one of them being the Bended Knee . This arrived within a few days from the cellar door, the quality of wine is superb. Grand Cru Wine Fridges
We’re less than a week in but so far it has been a very good experience. We were running tight to get it delivered before Christmas but the team kept in close contact and had it delivered and installed on the 23rd. Since installation it has kept temperature and is running very quietly compared to our last wine fridge.Purchasing a good quality wine fridge was a big investment for us. We had plenty of questions and the team at Grand Cru were always on hand and responsive.We were also comforted by the 5 year warranty included. Hopefully we wont need to use it.

The label view fridge is a great idea. It makes it easy to find what you are looking for.A couple of things that are not mentioned when you are buying are the real number of bottles you can fit the unit. If you are using all the shelves it reduces the volume by almost a third.The second point we would make is that there is about a 5 to 6 degree difference in temperature in our single zone fridge from top to bottom. This is fine, it just means you need to put the reds at the top and the whites at the bottom.Overall we are very happy with the unit and would recommend it.

Great sales and shipping experience. Installation was a breeze with the platinum delivery service. Very happy with my 2 Label View 286DBLV fridges. Having previously owned other brand wine fridges I have found the Grand Cru quality and service to be fantastic. The fridges are quiet and solid. The shelves are strong and hold the bottles in place so that you can confidently pull out your wine to view and select. Very highly recommended. Chris
