This was my second time hiring props through Willow Tree. Racha and Mary made the entire process incredibly easy and were very patient throughout the hire process.

Amazing service they went above and beyond expected. The arches the ghost table the cakes stand. Helping organising the chandelier the stickers and the draping which wasn’t their job but directing me was the most beautiful thing ever. Keep up the great work guys and thanks again

Incredible events business. Has soooo many options and the products, delivery and staff were all on point. Delivery and pack down was prompt and staff were lovely. Everything was super easy to organise and I like how they call to confirm delivery details before the event takes place. Only thing is I would say I was a bit disappointed that I could cancel items without losing money, I guess if it affects the bookings of other work I understand but maybe have a timeframe in place, like a cooling off period, would be good if we had 2 weeks from paying deposit to change anything, because sometimes venues and setups and other vendors change and its a bit unfair. In my case it worked out well and we still ended up making use of the extra pillar. Stoked that everything was so seamless.

Willow tree events were fantastic to work with. From the start to end everything was so smooth. They even asked for a second contact for the pick up to not disturb us the day after our wedding. Would highly recommend these guys. Thanks again!
