They wrecked my mum's recliner. All she wanted was a new covering and the timber work repolished. It was in perfect working order and now it won't even recline the way it used to. She has requested compensation for getting it fixed but they won't even consider that. It is extremely disappointing that such a beautiful recliner is now non functional.
