Unfortunately this isn’t the experience I want to type up however I requested a toasted ham n cheese sandwich and the Indian lady must have just cooked it for 5 seconds or something and when I got to work just 4 minutes away it was raw and not even melted. I called straight back and informed her about it for a replacement next time, she said ok. I get there 2 mornings later and they didn’t make any to replace and the manager said “Yeah but that was two days ago” yeah so what! I still paid for something I didn’t receive to expectation and promised and now this morning still none made. Not sure if they just don’t want to replace it or not but now it’s uncomfortable. Not impressed at all and as a regular I do expect some level of resolution, they knew I was coming back this morning too. When I walked in the lady behind the counter walked off into the office leaving me waiting until I couldn’t wait any longer. WOW your that hard up to replace something you knew you should have? Very disappointed.

Went there tonight for some water for the dog. Saw a couple of taps but without the handles. Spoke through the security window to a young man who wanted to sell me water, but after a while he understood that I didn't want to buy" any water. He eventually told me rudely that he won't give me the handles for the taps. And the water was NON potable to boot! If a business CAN NOT give you a glass/bowl of tap water than it SHOULDN'T be supported!"

I went today at 750pm on a Sunday to get some fuel and supplies (no closes at 8pm). Turns out the worker who was on shift had closed the pumps and closed the door early and advised me that he wasn't going to provide any Services since he had alot of paperwork to do" while 2 other customers are inside getting their supplies.I believe that since fuel stations are classified as an essential service that the customers should be allowed to get fuel and supplies until at least 8pm. Next time it could happen to someone who is in a desperate need of fuel or supplies"

Eftpos doesn't work properly can't take app. Known issue but no sign outside warning not to fill up. Plenty of signs stating they don't accept digital gift cards so easy thing for them to add. Then I could have gone elsewhere

The most shitest petrol prices. The first gas station to put up their prices once the petrol goes up & one of the last stations to drop the prices once gas is cheap. Go to Marsden & fill up! 80% chance you'll get it way cheaper!

Today I filled my car using tips from my bar job lol, thought might as well. I counted the money 3 times, and there was $27 in coins each time. I input $27 into the bowser preset, and pumped the petrol. After going inside to pay, I was greeted by a man who was very short and blunt. He told me after counting my coins that there was only $22.95 there. I asked him to recount, and he told me he already had. I asked if we was sure, and before I could even get the sentence out of my mouth - he said YES he is sure. I then had to return to my vehicle, and get my card to run in and pay. I can see clearly that there is more than 22.95 there, I ask to count it and he says again - he already has. Out of frustrating, I tap my card and leave.

Don’t allow anyone to use toilets that are clearly there for customer use. As a contractor that works driving around to various suburbs it’s so hard to find a convenient toilet in the area so l can get back on the road asap. Service station are a usual go too & l will usually purchase something it’s pretty poor from not to provide this service

THIS PLACE IS NOT A BUSINESS!! IT IS A CIRCUS!!- No prices on any items for sale..- The fuel is always dearer than nearby fuel stations.- The hot food on display is not fresh i.e. 12-18 hours old.- There is a mice and pest problem around the shop (some confectionery items could be CONTAMINATED).- Public toilets that cannot be used by the public unless the public purchases something from the store.- After 8pm, you need to pay for fuel first and then fill - another stupid policy adopted by the owner especially if you don't know how much $$ you need to fill completely.Speaking of the owner, he is constantly yelling at employees over the phone and possesses little-to-no patience when addressing a price change. The business ethic is absolutely horrendous. The owner lives in his own world.The management is absolutely disgusting. Used to be acceptable under the female manager but now replaced by an Indian manager who has a hire and fire mentality. He also doesn't answer any phone calls or texts left by the EMPLOYEES. Very unprofessional and unethical.Speaking of employees, some are nice while others, not so much. Some lack basic knowledge just like the owner and the manager and are rather oblivious.This CIRCUS also has no clock in, clock out system for the shifts, which means you don't necessarily get paid for the hours invested. It instead runs on the principle of rostered shift hours, therefore, any overtime isn't paid.Weekend pay rates offered for working a public holiday which is usually 1.5x or 2x the normal pay rate elsewhere.Highly deceiving.Wouldn't recommend working or shopping here under any circumstance.

Well after filling up $85 of premium unleaded fuel was created with a grunt after he put his phone away. As there was a new rewards program thought I may have been offered a card as per the advertisement outside. Maybe the site manager needs to instruct his staff a bit better.

I'm a customer service representative at one of the servo. I deal many customer, weather the person buys a product in your store or not he/she shld be treated with minimal respect and courtesy.Myself being in a CSR had gone through worst customer service at this servo.This is my personal feeling.I'm not rating their brand BP, but the staff who needs more effort while serving a customer or handling the situation with customer.
