The brand is really good, but a blond assistent rushed us i couldn't even try on the clothes, and when i didnt buy anything, she literally said what a waste of time" like someone get her fired pls"

My daughter and I had the best experience at this store today. The girls working there were absolutely divine and took such good care of us. Selection of clothes was great too - walked out with a haul. We'll be back!

Pretty disappointed with their customer service. I bought three items from them and came back literally 20 min later to return one of them as I had debated the fit overall. They told me I couldn’t return for a refund. Yes it was a sale item but when I checked out the cashier never informed me of no returns or exchanges policy. Every staff member should inform you of this when you make your purchase as a full disclosure! And it was literally 20 min after too! So I couldn’t have worn it any returned it. They should have honored that they didn’t inform me of this and should have allowed me a refund for nondisclosure!! I have dealt with other retailers and excellent customer service would have to honor that they didn’t mention it and say for next time you can’t do this. My only option was to take a gift card instead but I don’t really see a point of this as I don’t want to return there again for the poor treatment I received.

Staff are very unorganised, having to wait an hour for a lost “click and collect” order, as well as the store closing an hour earlier than stated (either poor organisation or laziness)

the blonde, tall staff is rude to everyone for no reason. i tried to be nice and i said merry christmas to her when i shopped but she didn’t response or even give me a glance. i don’t know why she hasn’t been fired. basically every one star review is because of her.

Was talking to Bronte - the manager - over the phone, amazing customer service skill, bubbly personality. Just 10/10 experience. Called in regarding a jacket I really wanted and bought online but the order was cancelled as they didn’t have it in stock. Called Homebush and Bronte answered, she found the jacket and said she’ll make sure it gets delivered to my nearest store. Honestly amazing.

I stopped shopping at Glassons years ago but I Went in to return an item for my mum which the Glassons team priced wrong at $9 when the correct price was $40 and had to deal with rude pathetic bottom of the line customer service by the middle eastern looking girl who did nothing but argue and wasted my time. I wish stores would brush up on their consumer law, price things correctly in the first place and know how to train staff. This only reflects poorly on the manager of this store, and for the woman who said “I only returned it because I wasn’t bothered to deal with you” - I’m sorry but you chose to be a hourly wage earner so either do it properly or quit but don’t expect customers to take your rubbish or deal with it either. Get a grip on your emotions at work because your eye rolls don’t phase people who don’t rely on the $10 an hour wagie rates. Thank you

me and my 2 friends walk into the store no staff say hi or even a simple smile. i waiting in front of the change rooms for 5 minutes was looked at and ignored so i went over to ask and they looked at me so rudely and then opened it. skirts weren’t for me so i left them in the change rooms. when me and my friends were leaving the blonde worked gave us the rudest stare and started whispering to her co workers. she seems very arrogant and stuck up. this is the worse customer service i have ever experienced.
