Highly recommend this vet! The staff, vet and nurses are kind-hearted and have taken amazing care of my dog, Miku. Every single one of them have been amazing. The service they provide is great and they communicate all information regarding your pet thoroughly. They have treated Miku with so much love and care and saved her life.

I have been taking my pets to this vet clinic since it opened. The last couple of years it has gone down hill. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful on the phone. I used to be able to get my animals in the same week I rang for an appointment, now the earliest is 3 week wait. I will not wait 3 weeks for my sick animal to see a vet, I don’t understand how this is even suggested. Other people I speak to who go to this vet clinic have the same issues. It has just become too money hungry.The only positive is that there are a couple of great vets working there who actually care.

I've been to this vet on numerous occasions over the past few years and was always happy with the service. However, over the past 6-12 months, I've noticed a big change in how they operate, service level, attitude, etc. Maybe its a post-covid excuse for staff shortages or changes/delays - like many other businesses seem to still be using these days. But the overall service level just seems to have been forgotten - not just today but repeatedly for me over the past year. I've found it increasingly difficult to make an appointment (next available in 2 weeks), had others cancelled on me, and overall speaking manner from a customer service perspective has declined. As a business owner I know how I want my staff to speak with customers - this is not what it used to be here.I went for my appointment today at 3.15pm - we arrived just on 3.30pm (school pick-up traffic - which I did mention to them earlier on the phone might be an issue but was told to come in anyway). There was only one other person sitting in the waiting room speaking to one of the staff when we arrived (never seen it so empty), and I was told that we couldn't have our appointment because they were busy and full.I explained the reason why we were late - they didn't care. I also explained that I've always had to wait at least 15-20+ mins every occasion previously whenever I did have an appointment. They didn't care.To be honest I wasn't interested in talking any more with their snappy attitude. They offered me an appointment later in the week, but I'm taking my business elsewhere. What a shame - it used to be good.

This is a great Vet. I love the Nurses and Doctors here, they are always very friendly. I have been coming to this Vet for years. They are extremely busy so please call in advance. They saved my Dogs life and I will always be thankful.

Our dogs have been going to market road since they was puppies. The staff and veterinary are such amazing and wonderful to our dogs. Very patient and kind. Thank you so much lots of love apple, nacho, and kevin.

The senior female vet there is wonderful that’s why they got the 2 stars. The behaviour of some of the nurses was very unprofessional and their concessions for pensioners only covers the consult nothing else unlike uvet and other vets which give you concessions on the whole bill.

I have attended the clinic for many years. I have never written a review before but decided to after a few days this week of having 3 family pets there over 3 days, my mum's, my son's and mine. The dedication given to my mum's girl (14yrs old) was swift and amazing. She is alive today for you guys for the continual care you provided after an emergency care stay elsewhere.The continual care to my son's girl (12yrs old) has been amazing the last 2 days. My girl for last minute apt of issues she faced. All needed urgent care and received it.The staff go above and beyond. The reception staff have always made me feel part of the family (literally l feel like l live there sometimes, lol).So l just want to say thank you all for the amazing care and dedication you provide for our 4 legged family members. You guys/gals are legends!

Thank you to the staff who made our day and assisted with the delivery of our pups. You made what started out as a traumatic day to one of relief and joy. Will recommend you to anyone who needs assistance with their pets.
