Always slow but normally do a good job.. this is my last time going here.. they wrecked my hair and my beard.. so disappointed.

I went once and waited for ages and got a bad haircut, I went again and waited for 2 hours before walking out. If I could give a 0 star review I would, go literally anywhere else and save yourself some time

absolutely atrocious service. Waited for 3 hours and had to walk out with no haircut and my time completely wasted. When I walked in, I asked the barber how long the wait roughly is, and he told me, “about 30 minutes”. I don’t even live near Dubbo, I had to drive 3 hours to come here. Never going to this barber shop again. If i could rate 0, I would. One of the blokes, I was timing him; took him 55 minutes to cut one person’s hair. 2 workers on a Saturday. At that rate, they’d have 2 customers an hour when they visibly have over 10 customers waiting in line. What a waste of time.

This place is an absolute joke ! we drive 2hrs from where we live to get our 6 yr old sons hair cut just to be refused service at 2.20pm & the time before that was 1.00pm when the trading hours state 4.00pm the shop closes and walk in yesterday with our little boy to be abused by customers that they have been there since 11.30am and they were first ? That’s our fault how ? We just stood at the door to ask a questionDon’t wast your time with this place unless you want to be refused service , get a bad cut & wait 4hrs as previously we have .Thank you to the lovely Barber down the road for taking our son in & giving him an awesome hair cut !

absolutely frustrating - way too expensive for haircut! every time I am going there they charge more than the last time!! waiting time is surprisingly long for value!!! total rubbish cut!!
