Could do with some training in customer service and lookup in a dictionary the meaning of helpful. Newsagency are a parcel drop point and not very helpful at all.

Agency has fairly new owners. After 30 years as a KL resident and going to this newsagency multiple times a week, I will no longer support this local business. Prices are ridiculous, service is terrible. Store looks like a bomb hit it and needs a good scrub. Oh AND They $29.95 Rapid Antigen tests, double the price of what they should be. Price gouging much? Reported to ACCC.

Picked up my Courier Please delivery from there. The guy behind the counter was rude and out of line. I wish Couriers now would get another delivery point, I really don't like having to go there
