SUPPORT SQUAD

Support Squad offer a great NDIS program for the disabled. The new building provides a great amenity and facility.

I have been on work experience placement from TafeSA at Support Squad. The staff are so supportive of all the participants, volunteers and each other and offer a large variety of activities every day as well as helping wherever they are needed. They are patient and understanding of everyone’s different needs. They have all treated me as part of the team, giving advice and tips on how to put what I have learnt at Tafe into practice. I have worked with Jo and Lily every day and they have taken me under their wings and been great mentors. Thank you all, Kellie Solomons

Very nice, friendly staff,good service and great things to do with art and craft and guest speakers and cooking classes and good lunches and a very good lot of fun and happy people to make friends with, very good and great fun.

Don't return phone calls. Leave a client with no supports at the time of review for plan as they used all the support. Email the client to cancel all support coordinator services as they can't support her any more due to no funding 2 weeks before NDIS review. Didn't follow through with things. Very bad communication. Wouldn't go through as not very professional in showing what they are invoicing for saying they don't have that information. Client was severely take a for a ride as she no support to help her through the system left high and dry
