DAZMAC International Logistics - Shipping and Transport

AVOID - Damaged my gate, wouldn't take responsibility. Even the MD wouldn't reply to emails. Needs to lift its professionalism. I'd be looking at other options if I was looking at this type of service.

We went though DASMAC for transport of our Captiva from Perth to Brisbane. We had a good experience with them until after our car arrived home.We did have our belongings in the back of the car under a cover, we know and accepted the policy that they are not liable for things in the car. Although when we went through our belongings when we got home, we noticed a bag of clothes opened up and a hat missing from a box (of all things). This hat was sentimental.I am just writing this review so people know what can happen. And the things that happen to go missing.

Highly recommend this company for vehicle shipping. We booked from Gold Coast to Perth and with constant changes due to Covid their customer service was awesome. So helpful and flexible. Collection was easy and the car had even been washed. Communication constantly with updates and ease of tracking. Price was affordable and would use them again. Thanks for a wonderful service

NEVER NEVER USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY. I shipped my car from Brisbane to Perth .On arrival all the valuable belongings have been stolen around $1200.My all shoes are in the car and half of them were stolen.One 7 kg bag was missing which had my wife's expensive makup.ALL BAGS WERE OPEN.Don't know what to do now.

DAZMAC was extremely helpful with the shipment of my car from Brisbane to Perth. They accepted last minute change of the pick up location as I am in hotel quarantine and it's been difficult to arrange things remotely. They happily helped me with my situation. I highly recommend them.

I've just used DAZMAC International Logistics to ship a 1930's classic car from the east coast to WA. I had previously used road transport, but that involves too many movements of the vehicle in transit. DAZMAC's option was a Roll-on Roll-off affair and the vehicle was under deck the whole time. And it was cheaper. The staff at DAZMAC kept me informed of the vehicle's movements along the journey. They sent me photos when it came into the Brisbane Port prior to shipping and facilitated a very easy collection at the WA end. Really nice staff who go out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend DAZMAC.

Could not fault them, had my car delivered from Sydney to Perth, vessel was slightly delayed out of Sydney because of bad weather. Car arrived in the same condition it was handed to them. Communication and process was faultless. I would recommend them to anyone looking for straight forward and professional option to transporting their cars interstate.

We shipped a camper trailer from Brisbane to Perth. The pricing was excellent. There were delays with the shipping due to a back log at Fremantle Port, which then coincided with Christmas and New Years public holidays, (something out of their control) yet their customer service was excellent and they were fine with us having to change our pick up details twice due to these delays. Thanks DAZMAC, I would not hesitate to use your services again should the need arise.

Insanely frustrating. Difficult to speak to anyone who can talk fluent English. Constant refer you to website or send email and will NOT help you over the phone other than generic information. Not helpful at all. Been waiting over a month now for a car to be delivered with no updates whatsoever unless I enquire, or expect a text within a week, not exactly helpful to plan with.

If anyone is upset with DAZMAC, I understand - overworked staff could sound awful and calls may not be returned as promised. But that is not everything about Dazmac. I have been lucky to deal with very professional staff whom I couldn't stop talking to on the phone. They have called me also during weekends, and have processed my consignment before business opens and on a public holiday. I just couldnt stop loving them. My car was returned to me in good shape. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about - only in the end though. And I did come to a conclusion that when people become upset about Dazmac shipment or service, its because of an emotional attachment to a process that neither Dazmac not their agents could help with. Stuff happen. Just make allowances for uncertainties....
