There’s a reason this place has such bad reviews stay away they will do anything to make a quick buck off ya and couldn’t care less what kind of service you get biggest rip off cowboys in Melbourne

They are there to rip off. Would not recommend this auto electraction. They never quote the price and try to make quick bucks by charging you 10-15 times extra then other auto electraction

Worst experience ever. The one that runs the joint goes by the name of Mesbah, Doesn’t speak English. Called at 8am , was told to come in at 10am. Got there on time and waited 1 hour before anyone would speak to me. Waited another 2 hours to have an electric seat fixed. Asked prior to job how much it would cost , would not give a definitive quote . Out of desperation being a Saturday, went ahead . Worker spent one hour on the job and charged $250 ! Would only take cash or bank transfer.Paid and in a weeks time the seat failed.Called and the owner (mesbah) said he is shut for a few weeks. Hung up on me and won’t reply or answer ever since .Dishonest , rip off artists. Beware!

Very happy with this crew, we had just picked up our new camper and found the electric brakes where not working, and not being familiar with Melbourne, he stayed on the phone with us for probably an hour and directed us to his workshop, then persisted until he solved the problem, and as it was a public holiday the next day and we had to get back to Albury that night and then 2 days later had to go back to Batemans Bay going down the Clyde mountain we needed to have working brakes and thanks to this great workshop we made it back safely, Thanks again RABBIT AUTO.Vicki and Ray.

Best service, best people to deal with.

Stay away from this mob unless you want to be ripped off. He serves only his own kind. Extremely rude and aggressive to others. Sees others different to his own kind as a pure cash cow.Took in car for electrical wiring to be done as a desperate measure before xmas, waited 4 hours for a 25minute job. He takes only cash, so no invoice , no GST, no accountability. Asked him if that was the case, if there are any problems , if I could return, said yeah yeah.Lo and behold , the wiring didn’t even last a week. And it failed . Called and told him the problem, was scolded for calling and then he hung up / slammed down phone .Most businesses would have the common etiquette of basic after service/ warranty of their work for at least 1-3 months. This mob is take, grab (your money) and see ya later.Won’t respond ever since. Ignored phone calls. Have wasted and thrown hundreds of dollars down the drain, all for nothing
