Poor customer service from the counter. Sulky and attitude throughout the ordering...The line was not that long, however the cashier wasnt doing her job well. We weren't greeted with a smile and when we ordered the meal, I wasnt aware that the drinks are not included cos this is my first time. The menu said MEAL. So obvious I assume a meal should include drinks like KFC OR MACCAS. Well cashier didn't make any offer to top up for drinks for $3.50 or whatever. So I ordered J.ChickPop Meal which was supposed to be a Junior Meal. I even pointed at the photo. But I was served without the Ribena drinks and chips for my boys..when my husband asked about the drinks, she said that I didn't place any order for meal. For God's Sake, my husband was beside me when I ordered. He heard what I ordered. We are very disappointed with the service. learn to greet and smile to customers like those wonderful people at Chocking Applecross. Please buck up your services.Btw TO THE MANAGER ; my son drew at the back of the receipt. And didn't vandalised on Ur table like U claimed it to be. Even if there is any markings it would be just one of two pencil marks. THERE ARE MANY OF THE PEOPLE WHO PATRON YOUR SHOP WHO GAVE YOU A ONE STAR REVIEWS. U SHOULD ACCEPT THE AREAS TO BE IMPROVED INSTEAD OF BLAMING YOUR CUSTOMER WHO GAVE THEIR FEEDBACK TOO. YOU SHOULD IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES AND MAKE IT BETFER. Shop is located near the woolworths entrance. Staff were friendly and attentive. Service was quick. Ordered a mixture of all 3 types of chicken. Fried and spicy chicken were well cooked, crunchy and tasty. Grilled chicken was sub-par unfortunately. I think they didn't grill it long enough (or the heat was too high) as the chicken was still a little pale despite having some scorching marks and the fat hadn't rendered enough yet.

this opened up after the one in the city shut its doors. menu the same, pretty good location, but wished it was a bigger space for customers (the kitchen seemed bigger than it needs to be). nonetheless, same taste, same quality, but most of their staff are still new - still friendly and helpful though.

Service could be better and quicker as it’s a fast food restaurant. Would recommend a extra staff .As u can see all the food is ready prepared before but it took them over 10 minutes.

3rd time trying Chicking. It was better this time..slightly.Service is always warm and friendly.Time isn't an issue, but could be a tad quicker.The problem is the chicken just isn't very tasty. Maybe good by 3rd world fast food standards but by western standards it's a no from me.Prices are a bit outrageous for the portion amount you get.Can't see them lasting long in the Perth market.

Excellent, tasty food. Friendly service.I will continue coming here regardless of the reviews. Most of them are exaggerated anyways. You can't make everyone happy. But there is always room for improvement. That goes for every business.

I love the food. Its better than KFC. However, the hospitality can be improved. The lady at the counter looked very stressed up.I politely apologized for a mistake that she herself made but she was very rude to receiving my apology.I understand it's possibly hard to get workers nowadays and I can imagine how much the rent would be at that prime location.Anyway, quality wise, the food is great.
