I had my hair appointment with Oshi and she’s absolutely the best ! My hair cut and colour was beautifully done. I would 100% recommend the salon to anyone and I’m glad that I don’t have to worry finding another hairdresser again.

I highly recommend this salon specially Oshi. I did nanoplasty treatment for my hair and the result is absolutely amazing. I believe Oshi has good knowledge of hair and treatments. I am really happy with their service. And also friendly, kind and warm welcoming service.

Regardless of how good the previous owner was, the turnover in ownership has made this salon untenable. Are they even trained here? I’m even willing to give $10,0000 if anyone can fix my hair after this psychologically distressing experience!!! The short version? Would not recommend this salon by ANY means if you care at all about your hair style. My experience as follows:Tried this wonderfully reviewed salon out using a new customer Groupon offer. Got a few calls and messages to remind me of my appointment and ran into traffic on my way there, so was a few minutes late.What I ended up getting was the worst haircut (in my life!) after meticulously growing out my hair for over two years.At first, I wanted a simple trim to take care of my split ends. What I received was a straight cut with no shape or balance at the bottom.I thought this was just the beginning, but instead my hair was blow dried for 20 minutes and then asked if I was satisfied with my completed haircut. Are you kidding? My boyfriend could have done the same thing with kitchen scissors…I then asked for my hair to be lightly thinned hoping that it would help with the imbalance and was told that thinning would cause my hair to lay flatter because of less volume, which was okay by me. Instead, she cut my hair using thinning scissors with no sense of direction and cut so close to the root that my hair now sticks up randomly all over my head (I don’t think laying flatter is even a possible concern with their “method”).The end result? My lovely hair that has taken so long to grown looks horrible and is notably shorter with no balance by any means, and even more distressing is that I cannot even tie my hair up because there are extremely short hairs poking out everywhere on my head. How can I possibly even return to work with this type of hair?I question if the staff here even know how to give a basic proper haircut and how they could possibly hire such staff. Worst experience ever and definitely would not recommend to ANYONE who even slightly cares about their hair style.Hope this helps review helps someone avoid the disaster that has happened to me in my attempt to try out such a highly reviewed hair salon for the first time. Oshi bleached my hair to go dark red and even then the colour wasn’t achieved. 2 month later my hair is dry, thin, broken and the ends looks like a mop, oh and the colour lasted exactly 4 weeks and that’s it.I wonder how people rate these places so well cause I went in after looking at reviews carefully. I absolutely regret it.She wasn’t able to deliver the dark red highlights exactly as I wanted, she could see I didn’t want to confront her at the end (as it makes me uncomfortable) so I said it was fine at the time and honestly I was okay cause it didn’t look too bad although it was lighter than my reference pictures. I could tell she wasn’t happy either with her own work because she didn’t uploaded a photo of the before and after pictures like she usually does on her Insta.Anyway, it’s the aftermath that just felt like the $600 was SO NOT worth it. I’d rather take that money and go to a well trained hairdresser who’d do a much much better job and won’t leave my hair damaged.When I went to trim my hair 6 months after this disaster show, I was asked by that hairdresser who coloured my hair, he said “that’s done really badly as the bleach has been harsh on my hair and caused a lot of damage “.I’m literally on a hair spa rehab thanks to this messy job.

I had a hair cut and a keratin treatment done by Oshi. The result was amazing. Very friendly service too. Would highly recomend to anyone. I did not get any colour but saw pictures on instagram of her work and they look so pretty.

Did a keratin treatment and grey coverage with Oshi and was so so so happy! My hair is healthier than it has ever been and it has even lifted my colour. Highly recommend Oshi and Aroshi! They are professional, accommodating and brilliant at their jobs!
