Always does an amazing job, gotten my hair dyed from there, and as a curly haired girl, my curls were still thriving even after the bleaching process! they take good care of your hair !!

Went in last week looking for some good hair advice & hair products, the whole team was phenomenal, providing the best advice with such exceptional service! Wouldn’t look anywhere else to get my hair products from now on! Everyone was so attentive to my wants & needs it was an absolute pleasure. Thank you Hairhouse Burleigh and particularly the staff member with Red Hair, she was so knowledgable in answering any of my questions or concerns, everyone’s efforts are really appreciated. What an awesome experience!I wanted to bleach my hair and my partner and I walked in to the store be greeted by Chrystal.We had no knowledge on products or the process, Chrystal took the time to help us. She gave in depth advice and excellent customer service. We came out feeling quite confident.A few days after I started my hair, I returned, to be greeted once again by Chrystal and her friendly team. Chrystal took the time to show me the next steps by actually doing a sample, and teaching me the method so I could go home and continue with my hair. She again offered her vast knowledge and outstanding customer service.I will be back for more products and services. I will also be recommending the salon to friends and family.10/10

Very disappointedBooked in on Tuesday for my daughter to have a wash and blow dry on Wednesday afternoon.I explained to the women on the phone that me daughter and I where in from out of town and she had just had surgery,I wanted to make her feel a bit better and have her hair done.She said no worries but the only time she had was Wednesday and I said that was ok can we do 3 and she said yes.She took my name and phone number and said if she couldn’t make the booking she would call me back.She didn’t call so I bought my daughter in today for her appointment (she didn’t feel like going out)But I said we have made a booking so we have to show upCame into the shop on time and the women behind the counter that I had talked to on Tuesday,Was acting like she had no idea who I was. I told her I had talked to her on Tuesday and she finally remembered only to tell me she hadn’t made the booking(she must of forgot )and she had no one to do my daughter hair.All it would have only taken was a phone call to tell me it could Not be done.But she didn’t do that.I would avoid going to hairhouse at Burleigh heads atmTill they can figure out how to run a business

After receiving exceptional service at the Robina hairhouse today. They called and had stock held for me at Burleigh. Upon collecting the products once again fabulous service. Firstly a mature lady served me so helpful and friendly then a lovely younger girl took over as the older lady had to take a call. Not often do you get nice friendly staff but in both stores the service was very impressive.As I am a visitor to the area I stocked up as there is nothing like this back home.Thank you for the friendly helpful service I have receivedWell done hairhouse

Super lovely, helpful and knowledgeable staff! I had a problem regarding my scalp and most places I went sold me the most expensive item without actually asking me any questions, quite conveniently... the products never worked!Vickie and girls found out exactly what it was I needed, recommend me a few options. Sure enough, it fixed my problem! Couldn't recommend more!

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible horrible horrible people that work here. I spent over $100 on products in this shop and accidentally left one in the shop. I drove back the following day to pick it up and the employee, Sophie, would not help me. She claimed it was not left and that I did not purchase it. I showed her my bank statements and receipts and asked her to please check the cameras. She continued to gaslight me and refuse to investigate. The owner was even worse, one of the rudest women I’ve ever come across. She refused to check the cameras and told me simply they will not help me and it was my fault. I did not go to any other shops and straight to my car. I’ve searched my car inside out. I left in tears and shaking.Couldn’t be more appalled at this shop and their customer service. 2 days before Christmas too. Shame on you.
