Wow! Expect to be blown away by this place on the Mornington Peninsula.Great for a family getaway just over an hour from home. The kids loved the basketball court, mini golf and large back yard. Swimming pool and spa are breathtaking, just like the ocean views off the top balcony while I cook the bbq.Looking forward to the next getaway!

I stayed here over the 2017/18 summer with 9 of my mated who all had great things to say about that place. It had everything we needed and a good balance of luxury items and actives. Would highly recommend it.

We've stayed at the property on several occasions with groups as big a 9. Everyone has loved the facilities and number of activities on offer. Highlight would definitely be the balcony views! Highly recommend.

What a place… I visited here with a golfing group and my stay was delightful. Location is as it’s name, right on the top of Rye and in the ideal vantage point for wonderful sunrises along with majestic sunsets. The amenities are as expected for any 5 star resort destination. I just discovered there’s a pool now, I already have a booking for later on in the year and can’t wait.

We stayed here for 2 nights, a total of 4 adults and 4 children. It is spacious and comfortable. There are many activities for the kids to do at the property. The heated infinity pool is amazing! The kids really enjoyed the games room, basketball court, and mini golf. For the adults there is an amazing balcony with sweeping views of the surrounding area. I really enjoyed the woodfire heater in the living room. Everything was clean and well kept. They have a great dinning room table to sit and share a meal at. Top of Rye was the highlight of our trip to Australia.

Couldn’t love this place more! It was perfect for weekend getaway with two families. So much space and the kids were completely entertained with the pool, spa, basketball court and mini golf. Topped off with spectacular views over the peninsula. Highly recommend.

This place was magnificent, captivating view, stunning location. Peninsula hotsprings is just around the corner, everything that is worthy of seeing in Rye is within close proximity. A small suggestions to the owners of the property, the beds need a bit of attention as they make a sqweeking noise, all and all it was perfect.
