I purchased my new Honda HRV this weekend. I can highly recommend Corey and all the staff at Pacific Honda for their quality friendly service. After being treated rather poorly at another Honda dealership locally, it was refreshing to find not all dealerships are the same.I knew the exact model I was after and Corey was very happy to do business over the phone and via email to accommodate my needs. Corey made the whole deal effortless & was happy to answer 'all of my of questions'. My family & I drove away this weekend feeling very satisfied and happy with our new car. Great service & integrity are everything!

Give one star. Because my English is not good. The vehicle I tested was not the same configuration as the one I ordered. I also specifically asked if it was the same. The result was that the configuration was fundamentally different when I got it. Feel cheated. Selling this way will not have customers at all

I bought my new car. Joel is the best man to go to for new car. I had an amazing experience as Joel was knowledgeable, friendly, cooperative and flexible in terms of organising everything for the car including accessories like bonnet protector, weather shields and window tinting. He was attentive to listen to my wishes and worked along to organise the car delivery and organised the new car pick up a wonderful and enjoyable experience.Joel helped me with further accessories to be fitted to the car.Really appreciate Joel's professional behaviour.Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and deal at Pacific Honda. Thank a million to Chris and the team from Gordon & Janet, the new Honda Jazz is the best ever.YES great pre-sale service, BUT I have to reduce it to 1 star for after sales service. The story is being developed at the (Honda.Blog) because the serial lies have got the better of us, trust is out the window, and litigation is being prepared.Brought it back from 1 star to 3 stars. I don't believe that the manager fully had my back regarding the issues I complained about regarding purchase of a new Honda Jazz. However Chris (salesman) did help to the extent he was able to, and after a time which was over 1 year, the issues complained about were fixed by Honda Australia and Pacific Honda.

$700 wasted when the repair I was quoted for by Pacific Honda Gympie did not fix the issue. I was charged another $150 to finally fix it. Refused to refund the $700, which I was assured would fix the problem. Thieves, do not care about their customers. 1 star is too good.
