Had a problem with one of the tyres on my boat trailer. Called up and was told to come in so techs could have a look. 10 minutes later, 2 valve re-stems and I was on my way! Brilliant customer service from all involved! Thanks guys!

The crew were very proficient, did a quick job of the tyre repair, and got me back on the road. Very happy, would go back (but not looking for an excuse, if you know what I mean...).

Absolutely chuffed to have found such a reasonably priced, affordable and awesome place! I was quoted by so many others well beyond the price you expect for 2 suv tyres (and well beyond what I’ve ever paid) and the team at caloundra budget did NOT do that! They didn’t add extra surcharges like “labour & disposals” there was no hidden fees like everyone else has, what they quoted was what we paid. We’d hit a bunch of screws and they also discovered (and saved our lives!) that the screws did not only burst our back completely but were in our front tyre aswell, needless to say that was no issue for them! They swiftly fixed the tyre at the front and rotated it to the spare and rotated and balanced the new tyres aswell. Will DEFINITELY be going back and recommending to anyone who needs.

Please take your care here, these guys have the best old fashion customer service I have seen in years!!Excellent customer service!! Jason was great, fixed a puncture while I waited and offered to check all the other tyres for me while I was there. Nothing was a problem, also fixed my daughters car without a booking and checked everything else for her. They go above and beyond.
