Walked in hobbling, after a session of climbing the bed I was asked to try touch my toes standing up, little did Russel know I've never been able to get past my knees... mate I touched the floor!! and walked out a knew person! Would absolutely recommend these guys anyday!

Yesterday I could barely walk or sit down from what I thought was a crook hip which I had been suffering with for nearly two weeks. I contacted Russell who got me in last night and after a session of manipulation and massage I walked out feeling a totally different person.Today I'm back to my old self and I feel great, I cant thank Russell enough and I fully recommend him for any ailment like this.
