If I could I would rate them negative stars. I have recently had a very bad injury and was in need for some equipment so I contacted them and was in the process of hiring out something. the phone call was quite long as the person on the phone seemed a bit unorganised and moody but given this time of year I completely understood and I tried to be as nice as I could so he wouldn't have to deal with a stressful customer. As the phone call went on I was told a price and then another price and then another price and then when we went to finalise everything the price doubled which I then questioned why I was being quoted that much and he said oh there was GST on it

Woeful customer support, they advertise equipment online they don't stock.... look elsewhere I wish I had.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago should have received it on the 28th March, called customer service spoke to Freddie order has not left, order refunded. Freddie you should not be in customer support you have a no care attitude

Needed a mobility aid, and we were helped on the phone and then went in store to try out the products- the staff were so helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Plenty of options and reasonable prices. Thanks team!

I will never, ever, deal with this company again. They don't respond to emails at all. Their service is slow.Their shipping and delivery is hopeless - I ordered on a Sunday (ok, I didn't expect them to be working then) with the order confirmed as delivery by Wednesday.The shipping cost was 25% more than the cost of the goods, and at $32.78 for something that could have been sent Express Post for about half that cost I expected quicker dispatch.The order wasn't even shipped until the Friday - two days after it was supposed to have been delivered and five days after it was ordered.It was finally delivered on the following Tuesday - one day short of a week late.And then the goods didn't match the picture on their website, so they are useless to me - I have tried emailing about a return, but I'm not expecting them to reply...

I ordered 3 items from this company a wheelchair a wheelchair cushion and a shower chair when ordering everything was in stock when i followed up a couple of days later was told wheelchair was not in stock but other 2 items were i asked them to deliver when all items are ready. 2 weeks later i checked the site and it was saying wheelchair was instock so i rang and was told the site was wrong and wheelchair was still overseas, i then cancelled wheelchair and received a credit. i have spent the last 3 weeks emailing to find out where other 2 items are because they were in stock but cannot get a reply from anyone just rang now to find out where they are to be told they are not instock i really do not think they know what they are doing please stay away or you will be extremely frustrated like me now after waiting so long i have to start shopping around what a complete waste of time

This company is a fraud. They take your money immediately & promise delivery on a certain date and then claimed they have no stock. Further they claim their supplier is short staffed and this will entail further delay of some “two or three weeks but maybe more”.Now they won’t answer the phone.Given most of their customers are elderly this corporate business model is disgusting.

Purchased an item express freight, it wasn’t shipped till the day after it was due to arrive according to their website. Almost 2 weeks on it still hasn’t arrived “express”. So many phone calls, hours on hold, lies. No accountability and still no product!

Rang up and spoke with Freddie today. He was very helpful with my order

Gave them a call to get a mobilty scooter serviced. Was like trying to get blood out of a stone. Explaining what l needed. So frustrating and gave up at the end.
