Wonderful experience getting my watch serviced and cleaned within the hour

Left a clock to be serviced, it was losing time, in July 2020 and didn't get it back until October after a couple of chase up calls. Took it back in November as it had stopped working altogether. called in March to let them know that we were moving out of the metro area in April, very rude & impatient response. Waited until a day before we moved for the call to pick it up. No apology or explanation as to why it took so long, $90 service fee supposed 12 month warrantee but I won't go back even for a watch battery. Be prepared for a long wait.

Left my watch with them to fix a broken band for over a month. I never got any updates on whether it could be fixed or not and finally called nearly a month later just to find out that my watch had gone missing. Luckily got the broken watch back, and won’t be going again

My experience at this store was awful! I stopped by yesterday to see if I could get two different watches repaired or if not, then have the bands replaced. First of all, the older british sounding gentleman could not have been more unpleasant. He barely greeted me, and when I showed him my watches he immediately responded with 'cant do anything there mate'. I was taken aback to say the least. He then grabbed one of the watches without a word and took it back, dismantling it and looking it over. I was not sure what was even going on. If he couldnt do anything then why pull it apart? He then shoved a plastic bag filled with bands to me and said 'here's all the 22's, see if you want any of those, but theyre pretty expensive.' I assumed he meant that I could use one of these as a replacement, but again, there was no decent explanation so I had to press for further info about the watches and what could be done, which seemed like the biggest hassle in the world for this man. He then asked me if the watches were genuine, to which I told him no, they are quite expensive imitations. He was almost disgusted by this.THEN, an older lady came by while I was looking through the band options to pick up her watch. As she finishes paying she says to the man - out of curiosity

Honestly terrible experience. Horrible customer service and extremely aggressive. Went in to get my watch face fixed and that was it. When I handed it in to be repaired it was working fine, still ticking but there was just a crack in the face which needed to be fixed. When I got it back my watch didn't work at all. The face was fixed but now the watch didnt actually work. I proceeded to ask the man at the store to check what was wrong with it and he only said that he did his job and if the watch didn't work it was ultimately my fault. He told me that I 'expect him to fix something for free' which isnt his problem. Aggressive, rude and in no way made an apology. Would not recommend at all.

Very rude and unpleasant. Asked if he could repair my watch. He took a quick glance at it and said there's nothing that could be done quit rudely. Then to make things worse he went on to imply that I buy fake watches. I have the warranty but couldn't be bothered arguing. Very unpleasant experience.

Never EVER go here! We took a watch band in to be replaced, then they put on the wrong band which we only realised after getting it home 200km away. When I took it back to be changed she was very argumentative and nasty from the outset and made everything seem to be a massive issue. Not worth the time or money!

Changed battery only. Was quick and cheaper than most of retailers in garden city. Even straighten the band without charge. Nice watchman to deal with. Recommended
