Where do I even begin?Denee and his team at Divinity, Funerals deserve a 10-star rating. I'm giving them a 10-star rating for their current services to my family.Firstly, Denee is an extraordinary Man with an extraordinary gift. At some stage in our lives, we will all endure grief. Grief is the natural reaction to loss. Grief is both a universal and a personal experience. It's relentless; the feelings and emotions that arise from grief are unbearable. The last thing we wanted to do as a family that had just lost their Mother was looking for funeral homes. From the moment I spoke with Denee, his voice was reassuring with empathy and compassion. I knew and felt that he would take care of everything. Over the next week and a half, Denee became family; it felt like we had known him our whole lives. He was gentle and delicate with every aspect of death and dealing with/planning a funeral. He took all the worry, stress and pain off our shoulders so we could, as a family, be together and grieve our loss. He comforted us in more ways than just a funeral owner/director. He treated us like family. We weren't just a number or another booking, we were humans dealing with immense pain, and through his excellent work ethic, we saw and experienced what a true gift he is.I wish this world had more Denees in it because what a better world that would be.The Mundine family can't thank you and your team enough, Denee.
