Great result all round. The groomer, Krystal was lovely and did a beautiful job. I had built up a strong sense of anxiety around the grooming process as have been told numerous times that my little 8yo Shitzhu cross was too anxious and prone to nipping. When I went to collect him he wasn't quite finished and I watched, from a distance, as he responded beautifully to Krystal's grooming. Most grateful. Thank you!!!

Large store with a wide range of stock for most of your typical pets. i.e. Dogs, cats, birds, fish and poultry etc. Multiple service registers so you’re never waiting long.Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even the girl in training was spot on with her recommendations.We generally come here for some toys or last min stock ups but this City Farmers has a real decent range of food options too. However they don’t stock M4M brands unfortunately.

On Sunday mid morning 16/4/23 Wally was extremely rude, hostile, abrupt, aggressive & unhelpful. He requires an urgent refresher course in how to provide good & friendly customer service. He’s not suited to the job. I had to go to another nearby Petbarn store in light of his inappropriate conduct so I was also inconvenienced by him. A zero star rating would be too generous.

Review for grooming department: I won’t bring my pup for his next groom again. I’ve tried it out and I’m not going to do it again.He has never had a cut with such weird look. He’s sad, I’m sadder.And he was charged a large where the other place he goes to always charges him a medium. And here it cost double what I have always been paying for him at other place.General: Staff have been very friendly and service is nice.
