I’ve had embroidery done here twice and Gabby and her team provided amazing service! I brought in an apron and chefs hat for my toddler and Gab gave great advice on placement and font for name embroidery.Gab also helped me order 8 hats to be embroidered for a girls trip and went above and beyond with sourcing the hats I needed and gave suggestions for embroidery.Highly recommend!!

I really wish I could give a higher score than 5.This is genuinely a customer focused business and they have been nothing but amazing in helping me get my order.Put the order in online at midnight and it was ready the next day at 2:00pm.They offered to gift wrap it for me as well as going over and above to ensure it was in discrete packaging.I spoke with Jacqueline and we had absolutely brilliant in helping me out with everything.Going over and above to help me get a surprise ready for my partner.I could not have asked for a faster turnaround, better service or more customer focus.Truly exceptional business.I’ll be coming here again very soon for Christmas!!

These guys are simply amazing. The quality of the embroidery is top notch, and the pricing is really competitive too. They give you their expert opinions on placement and use of colour which helps get your piece perfect. On top of all this they're amazing to deal with. No fuss or attitude, always warm and working with your needs. Couldn't recommend them enough. Really pleased with the results!

Exceptional customer service!! Jacqueline was brilliant. I needed some hats engraved for family overseas and she went over and above to help me out, and our dealings were only over the phone and via texts. The final product was amazing, we LOVE it. The customer service is second to none! The colour I wanted was not available however they went above and beyond to work with me to find something suitable and the end result was amazing. Then I was unable to pick up the item and again, they worked with me to get it to the next day.My partner loved it, thank you so much!

I've been using What's A Name for the best part of 5 years for all my small batch local embroidery needs and they've always been fantastic.
