My experience I'm totally disgusted my godson baught a dark Vader smoking device My mothers day gift from him . I had one smoke from it . It was taking in air from fractures to the glass 150 from the stem.of the device They treated my godson with disrespect when he returned it as 150 dollars isn't chik feed money I'm in touch with conser affairs and will be telling them these so called business people are rude disrespectful and I don't intend on taking this lying downYpur Rude to say the least and I will push rp have you looked intoKareen Weigert

had my mazda 3 key cut and coded about 3 months ago and works perfectly.Had no problems driving the car back to swansea with the new key. Thanks guys good job.

I Had locked my keys, phone and handbag in my car in the kmart car park . Ran to the counter of this establishment for help and the staff were beyond amazing! They were so quick to offer reassurance and assistance. They safely broke into my car and cut me a back up key also. Life savers is an understatement. They were such wonderful people to deal with. Couldn't recommend them faster. Thankyou again for such efficiency and kindness.

Had four house keys cut here a week ago by a junior staff member.None worked.Went back the next week and same lady recut them and still didn't work. Cost me $28 and management" said they were entitled "under law" to have three goes at "rectifying" the problem and refused a refund. I was going on holiday the next day so got them cut at my local hardware store-no problems and cheaper. Don't bother with this mob"

These guys are amazing, I can not speak highly enough of Cade, Jess & the team. As a watch collector of 30 years, the level of service was brilliant, the care, attention to detail, and the knowledge was outstanding. I was getting on a flight that day, and had a couple of vintage watches I needed help with, and as a global traveller I could not believe the help I received with my watches. The service was so friendly, warm, and they cared about my watches, such genuine people, I have no hesitation in recommending them, or leaving my watches or valuable items, it was so nice to find a family owned and run business with such values & old fashioned service stills exists today. I wish them all the success in the World, and truly hope that locals support them. I will return when I am staying at our Tasmanian home for all my keys, batteries, engraving & shoes needs. The best customer experience I ever had in Tasmania if not the whole of Australia from start to finish! The remote keys of my Subaru Forester were not working and just got a second life for a fraction of the cost of what other locksmiths and car dealerships charge. Kade was an expert and very knowledgeable with remote key repairs. Moreover, he was honest and thorough with his services. In addition, Dallas, and Chez were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for keys, car remote, and shoe repairs. Definitely will refer more customers for North West Shoe Repairs and shall come back for their excellent service!

This store, as far as I am concerned has no respect for customer service, or it's customer.Last week I called in looking for a standards key, the old square Lane type. They produce a limited style. They have numbers that match a specific lock. I'm sure most of you have one of these around the house.I asked the guy behind the counter for the key that matched the mechanism that I brought with me. I thought that it would make it easier. He tried all of about half a dozed keys, none matched. He thin told he there were two he didn't have in this shoo and would get one for somewhere".So

The guys we super friendly and had the keys cut for me super quick!
