For at least the last 12 months, every time I ring them, regardless of which day or at what time, I get told they are extra busy and the wait time is 10-20 minutes. After waiting the 10 or 20 minutes, I get told I have to wait another 10-20 minutes! And it is highly irritating to be hearing over and over again while you're waiting we go beyond". No

This is not a good bank. In fact not a bank at all. More like a savings holder. They cannot offer good products and services that differ from the very basic of services. Not recommended at all.

I assume this is the head office, 1 star for my home and contents insurance renewal which has jumped $40 a month for no reason other than insurers have had to pay out homes in the same town for flooding last year and are trying to recover their profits by charging other residents more despite not being in flood prone areas but just in the same postcode.Beyond Bank itself is great but the insurance arm, with that price rise, not so much. I understand a minor rise due to inflation but jacking up my policy by almost 25% in one go isn't on and I'll be changing insurers.

1. Took me more than 20 min to find the bank Google Page. Had to go under the maps to leave a review2. NOT recommended. 3 months with more than 5 emails and not a single response.If they can't reply to an email, how can they look after my money or mortgage.

I’ve banked with this bank for 13+ years, and despite the fact that I earn good money and have low living expenses, and good credit scores, I had an extremely difficult time on the phone with one of their call centre reps getting a 20k car loan organised. Ended up going through St George bank who approved me very easily, and with an even lower interest rate. The call centre rep in loans didn’t even bother to follow up with me and call me back like he said he would. Clearly you guys don’t care much about your customers. I’m extremely disappointed in the poor customer service in the loans department from you guys.
