We had an absolutely amazing time here. Snow play and tobogganing were on the agenda, and it was great with a toddler.We rented snow clothes, and I would say that the largest sizes don't cater to people over a size 18/20 in women's. They also don't cater well for people with smaller waists than hips. Not a big issue at all - just something to keep in mind.Food options are limited and expensive, so best to bring your own or plan for an expensive meal.We will definitely be back!

It was alright for kids' first time at the snow, they were happy playing toboggan. And pretty close from Canberra.

If available, take first slot in the morning.Snow pants, jackets and boots available for hire. Rates are fair for the service.Small Cafe has a limited menu of food and beverages. However there is a beautiful picnic area next to a small pond to enjoy your food.Friendly and helpful staff!

Great place if your just taking the kids to the snow. Plenty of room to play and build snowmen. The toboggans are awesome fun. Snow shoes are ideal, regular clothes will get wet so either bring something to change into afterwards or just hire the snow gear if you want to be 100% comfortable. Snow gloves are essential and will give you the best experience. There’s a picnic area for lunch along the creek. Like a mini Thredo really without the price tag. A nice 45 minute drive outside Canberra but definitely worth it. I recommend the experience especially with kids!! Brilliant!!

A great place for starters of skiing and snowboarding especially for children but can be too small for older kids. All gears are included with lessons except goggles and gloves. There is no mobile signal and no wifi (26/06/2023). Toboggan is pretty good. Max speed is around 31 km/hour. It’s open when weather is dry.

A good hour and a bit of fun. The cafe is nice and the pizzas are tasty. The manufactured snow is big enough for about 20 people to toboggan and make snow men. An hour is though time to do all of that. It is about 30 minutes drive from town.

A wonderful place for our young daughter to experience her first time in the snow! Snow play was kid friendly with plenty of parking bays and ease of access from the car park. Overall, happy with our time here!

Very small but perfect for children. All staff are good and friendly. All of them are very patience with children. Very good experience and my children said that they will 100% go there again. Just a bit confusion when I was booking through their website.

Small areas but good for kids first time. They don’t really need the whole 2 hours snow play though. Do not rely on the cafe for food. They are very very slow and the food is average deep fried (chips and nuggets. Take sandwiches

Seeing all the reviews, went in with a lot of expectations but it really fell short .The team called up to inform the Alpine slide rides (booked in advance) are cancelled because of the rains and they can either refund or book in for snow play. This is perfectly understandable as the weather played spoilt sport .We went in for snow play . But what was really alarming was the staff attitude and behaviour . They seem so disinterested, were not willing to clarify on anything , extremely cold responses and to a point rather rude.Really regretted going there and getting a refund would have been a wiser decision. The experience was totally opposite to what the reviews said about this place .
