I recently purchased a Kubota L4600HD with a canopy, a front end loader, square bucket, a counterweight and a Kubota SE1151 Mulcher from Roberto at BOYA Equipment Wangara. Boya Equipment cannot be trusted. We arranged to look at a digger to buy & liaised with Ryan over a couple of days. Told him we had cash and also wanted another bucket & trailer.Arranged to meet at 1.30-2pm depending on traffic as it Friday of a long weekend, drove for 1hr 40mins only to be told when we got there he had just sold it to a walk in customer.Said he tried to call but couldnt get through and then sent a message on FB at 1.52pm (we saw it after he told us) we were already in the car park 2.03pm.Very unprofessional and completely wasted our timeJarrad the owner then called us apologising after he saw our review and asked us if we would consider removing it. We sent him a screen shot of our discussion with Ryan and he agreed it shouldn't have happened & agreed that our phone was working as he was talking to me on itA man is only as good as his word!Now you have put a response up trying to cover your actions even though you agreed it was poor ethics. So you were just telling me what you thought I wanted to hear?Kubota Australia should reconsider who represents their brand

I don't often post a bad review but my experience with these guys was really bad. The parts guy was completely unhelpful to the point of being arrogant and rude.Don't waste your time go to source machinery, they had the part that I required in for me in two days and were a pleasure to deal with.

Recently purchased a Hansa C13 mulcher. When I contacted Roberto he was very helpful and replied to my many questions very quickly and kept me updated with photos along the way. Excellent service and excellent machine. It’s difficult purchasing equipment when we are about 450km away but Roberto made the whole process very easy. Thank you and highly recommend !!!
