I am a local that attends the Westernport Hotel and San Remo Hotel and have experienced Eagle Eye Security to be one of the most professional, kind, socially aware and offer very genuine customer service. They don't use an aggressive approach and make you feel very safe as a patron. Such a friendly team that puts in the extra effort to smile and interact if appropriate. Very Highly recommended.

We hired Eagle Eye for my son's 18th birthday party at home. We had eighty guests. The two security guards from Eagle Eye were excellent and checked guests off the list and managed those who arrived but were not invited. John from Eagle Eye called earlier in the day to confirm arrangements and provided his mobile in case we needed anything. We changed the start time in the late afternoon and John accommodated that. We then extended the guards for 30 mins from 1am and again John was happy to do that and responded super fast. Overall, highly recommend Eagle Eye. Very professional.

I just visited The Woolie Tavern in Phillip Island and what stood out to my partner and I was the security they had in place. We had never seen such approachable yet firm approaches that made us feel really safe. I asked the security guard his name and he kindly shared his name was Michael. So this is my review for Michael that had everyone feeling great and safe vibes, be was literally what I could ever hope for in a security guard.

We had an excellent experience hiring a security guard for our daughter’s 18th birthday party at home. John was regularly in touch from the outset and our security guard, Mark, called beforehand to go through the setup and provide some very helpful advice on hosting a party for teenagers. As a result the party went off without a hitch with no stress for the parents!Eagle Eyes Guards’ knowledge, experience and friendly approach made all the difference.
