Customer service is a joke after you buy something. I had a problem with a DVD T.V series and they checked somehow it work and was told it must have been my player and would listen to what I had to say. Must be too much work and takes away from the team members talking to each other time. I don’t think a could every mentality step another foot in the store after this.

Disappointing Service, the team member showed us where the item was but didn't help at all with info on the item, literally just walked off when we were still asking questions and deciding if the item was right for us. He just said sorry this is all the stock we have, sorry I couldn't help, cause we were umming and adding a bit.I Looked up the product code on the internet and worked my questions out for myself. Surely he could have done something similar. Recon he just couldn't be bothered that day.
