The tyres I purchased weren't suitable jax got me new tyres which were another cheaper but charged me the price of there dearer ones.When I asked they just rambled on with garbage. Completely ripped me off

Definitely becoming my regular mechanic now!!!!!Post night shift radiator blew up. I did just recently have a major service done at Subaru 14days ago , called them they didn’t care couldn’t get me in for 3 weeks 27/1. Called Jax , even though they are chat stick and couldn’t get me officially booked in till the 11th. Had my car towed there yesterday 5/1 and the replaced/fixed in less than 24hrs , already got my car back this morning 6/1 . Great customer service as well was kept up to date with what was happening! Could not recommend them more!!!!!! 10/10

Thanks Brent for awesome service!!! I purchased a Porsche which needed a new set of tyres and wheel alignment and they fitted me in promptly and with absolute understanding of me being 3 hrs from home. Everything was done with a positive vibe and professionalism. The tyres Brent suggested were spot on and the wheel alignment was done to my satisfaction with a 3 month warranty! I don’t recommend many services these days but I have no problem highly recommending Jax tyres at Penrith. I own many vehicles and am hard to please.Miro

I have an older car, that I needed abit of work done so I called around to different places. But Jax beat their prices without even trying on first call!They also gave me more discounts when I explained I'm low financially which helped me so much. The work was well down and I'm happy to say my car now performs better with all the work done. Thank you Jax Penrith!
