Wicked people, all willing to give honest advice as soon as you ask for it. Slightly smaller than most gyms so you have to be patient in peak hour. Has all the equipment required for a any workout.

The gym has a very nice atmosphere (great playlist!!!), good equipment, and super friendly knowledgeable staff!

Dayne and the staff are great. They welcomed me and my wife and got to know us in order to help us in your journey to optimal health and wellness. The equipment at Catalyst is just what anyone needs to accomplish their fitness goals. I am a founding member who is currently not train due to surgery. Know the owners from day one and they friendly helpful and always up for a chat. It is local for us and will always support them.
