Jay is an absolute professional and was fantastic to deal with. I recently had to have emergency work done on my balcony tiles and before that could start I needed my air conditioning unit unbolted and disconnected. From the first phone call, through to disconnection and reconnection of the unit, Jay was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and very flexible with the changing schedule of my tiling contractor due to the weather. Jay clearly explained every part of the work he did and why he had to do it, and gave me options when it came to how I much I wanted to spend on additional parts according to what I told him I wanted from an aesthetic perspective. Not only is Jay an expert in his field, he is genuinely nice guy and I would not hesitate recommending him.

I met Jay a few years ago recommended by a neighbour to service our air cons. Jay is professional, reliable, trustworthy and a lovely down to earth guy! Jay also installed an air con & his workmanship was fantastic. Air con pipes were all secured to wall with saddles, condenser in plant room on metal brackets & the job was neat & tidy. Really great work!Highly recommend for installing & servicing.
