Eva Tilley Memorial Home

Eva Tilley is a great place to be. I enjoy working in this institution as it exposes me to a lot of different opportunities and experiences. Delivering excellent care to the community is the goal of ET.

It is a wonderful place to stay and visit. Eva Tilley has the most caring staff, are very efficient and looks after my mother with utmost professionalism. It reminds me of a happy place that you go to as a child and looks forward to returning. Most of all, the carers, nurses and everyone always go to extra lengths in caring for the residents so much so that their families know they have left their loved ones in extremely capable hands. Keep up the good work !

Zero stars. As a local who lives right near them I'm not impressed. Their rubbish and used gloves litter the roads, bins are left open, cars clutter the streets, delivery trucks block the street and footpath in contravention to their planning permit.

I went here to perform in a choir to some of the elderly people. It was a lovely experience; everyone was bright and cheerful and everyone in the audience was very happy that they had visitors. Staff helping the elderly we very kind and we all enjoyed being there.It was a wonderful morning.

My father was a resident of Eva Tilley for 5 years. He was frail and very unwell when he moved in, but the kindness and care of the staff meant he gradually improved and got stronger. He enjoyed many of the outings offered, and often said that if he had to be in care, Eva Tilley was a good place to be.

The staff and management are fantastic. They even helped me transfer mum to this facility so we are together. They even allowed me to bring my cat with me who absolutely adores the place and the residents. They have helped me in every way. I highly recommend this facility to everyone.

I have worked in Residential Aged Care for the past 20 years plus and at Eva Tilley since 2013,.Eva Tilley is a great place to work, the staff are knowledgeable, kind and caring. Our residents tell me they love living at ET and management is very supportive of their residents and staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Eva Tilley to anyone looking to live or work in Aged Care.

My father was in this amazing Aged Care Home for just over a year and words cannot adequately express the gratitude we feel to all the staff for the loving care they gave him. The administrators, doctors, nurses, coordinators, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, volunteers and even the cleaners and caterers were of the highest standard. Everyone went above and beyond in the service of looking after my elderly and frail father and nothing was too hard. The communication and liaising with the family was always promptly facilitated and we were constantly updated with solutions to any medical issues or other matters concerning my father's well-being as they arose. I commend Eva Tilley Memorial Home for having such motivated and exceptionally competent people on their staff, who viewed perhaps an unusual or irregular request as a challenge instead of a chore and went the extra mile to keep the patient and their family very happy and satisfied. I was particularly impressed in how the facility expedited and accommodated everything we asked of them and really went above and beyond in every aspect of care! In my experience brilliant teamwork emanates from brilliant management which trickles down from the very top to the very bottom. Congratulations Eva Tilley in providing such loving and considerate care to the elderly. Our family will be eternally grateful to all of you for your professionalism, patience and the kind assistance you offered to all of us at such a difficult time. Thank you and well done!
