As Nature Intended

After booking an appointment online and receiving several emails confirming my booking I was very disappointed when I turned up for my appointment and no one was at the clinic. I knocked, called and left a message and waited around for 20minutes but no one turned up. No one even replied to my phone message at a later time. I still have no explanation as to why no one was there at my scheduled booking time. I understand that something unexpected may have come up but the fact that I never heard from anyone or received an explanation or apology for turning up to an appointment that never took place is extremely unprofessional. I definitely DO NOT recommend!
