Very happy with the service from start to finish. I was served by Connor who was straight to the point with no BS. Very fast turn around time for the bike to be assembled and ready to ride. Even the young bloke who dealt with the hand over of the bike was very helpful and informative explaining in depth the correct way and steps to take when transporting my new bike. Could not be happier!

I had visited the shop to get my cycle serviced and modified for more grip, I have received excellent service from Riley who has helped me with my cycle. The shop also had amazing options for all cycle accessories and I do recommend the place.

Have a Trek Fuel Ex 8 2021 and been riding it for a year. Had the free service done early on but after putting through a fair amount of riding by the end of the year I felt the bike needed a proper service (besides just degrease and clean I usually do) but was hesitant to spend the money. Booked in for the level 2 service and couldn't be happier, bike is looking and feeling great. They put some kind of a frame cleaner and it looks new! Travis did an excellent job and gave me a thorough run through everything he did including regreasing my pivot threads which were bone dry after the winter rides.

Supposed to be an easy sales service( a purchase of a road bike tyre with a specific brand and size) during Boxing Day, the store wasn’t so busy, just before 15min of the shop close.The sales representative came to me asking to go to front desk to pay while I was still looking on different bikes tyres sizes.I asked them to support me in finding what I need, but seems that they were not in the mood and didn’t provide any useful advise. I was in my way to spend few hundreds, but seems they were not in a mood to talk to the customers at that time .

Recently I was recommended by my fren saying that the mechanics were very helpful n patient n gave very professional . I really experienced it, the mechanic named Travis so helpful n explaining patiently n most importantly he carried my bike to my car. Salute!!! Tqvm.

Connor, Kian and Travis have always provided excellent service. Very accommodating in helping out when I had a short turnaround to enable me to get parts flown out and keeping my bike rolling.
