Woolworths Sunnybank Hills
This store has been out local Woolies for 15 years. They have kindly donated to my daughters sports club in the past and support a lot of local schools as well. But today they went above and beyond in an amazing way. They kindly gifted my wife a Mother's Day gift bag as part of their customer appreciation. This gesture really made my wife beam after a long, hard day at work. Thankyou again.

Been there this afternoon, really bad service, staff kept telling me I can not exchange baby formula to some other groceries (milk etc.)with rude attitude, they said I can only exchange the formula with similar items, however they can not show me the specific policy to back up their saying. Will never go there again.

The trolley collector yelled at us in the mall. He shouldn't have yelled at customers . We don't want to get yelled at during the weekend after a busy week. Disappointed

How is it l can't get even 1 vegemite 2 dollar coin issued through woolworths, there is a limit per each customer of 5 but l see them being resolon facebook market place in bags of 25..

This is a smaller store than the typical Woolworths, so while they have a decent range they don't always have exactly what we are looking for; for example, they carry Norco milk but not the 2 litre Norco non-homogenised bottles. They do carry other non-homogenised milk options though.

Always wonder why I don’t shop here. Then when I get to the register I remember. Only ever have one register open and the poor guy is flat out. And self service area is not suitable for full shop. Took me 15 mins to get thru the check out. Oh and the floors uneven so my trolley rolled backwards while trying to unstack. Which meant I had to unload the whole trolly one handed while holding it. Whole store could use an update to get in line with coles upstairs.

The elderly white short hair lady at the online pickup items is very rude and doesn't have a personality for customer service. The way she was treating customers at approximately 1pm on Sunday 19th of March, 2023 was despicable. Thinking she's the guardian of the trolleys and how she spoke to customers I know for sure I will never be back to this Woolworths.

Large store, good size aisles and bakery section. Good service at the checkouts but occasionally they don't have a operated checkout when you have a big trolley shop and you have to go through the 12 item checkout and that's not a good experience, it's happened to us twice now but I guess that's a staffing issue and the st staff are apologetic.
