Jim did a fantastic job, nothing was too complicated (even when it was complicated). The young one was included in conversation and the wary dog was impressively handled. I now have a functioning laundry and heaps of space that couldn't be utilised until now. Plus, when defying science, a tap started to leak after the job was done, Jim returned within 24 hours and all is now behaving! Thanks again, thrilled.

Jim immediately put me at ease over the phone - water was gushing everywhere so it was a little stressful! He was very calm & gave me clear instructions on how to turn the water off until he arrived here. Once here, he did a wonderful job with fixing the tap at a very reasonable price. Will be using him again. Highly recommend.
