I purchased a turbocharger for my VW golf from here and they were very receptive, answering my calls emails promptly, and assured me it was working fine. Within 6 months as i was getting my vehicle serviced they informed me I had a large leak in my turbocharger, and a fault in the turbo actuator and it would need replacing again.When contacting them regarding the issue I still have heard nothing back for months, following up multiple times. The Worst part is I was actually just wanting to purchase another one from them regardless of their faulty product and they still didn't reply to me.Buyers beware.

Bought 5 speed manual gearbox for VW Golf mk3 from SGS Auto Parts, good service, but when I have received the box I have noticed that part of it was missing. Contacted Ian from SGS to inform him of the problem, only to be told : we don't have this part and I have to try to get it from VW or they will pick up the gearbox. My suggestion is that they should have informed me that part of gearbox is missing before I made the payment, or maybe I expected too much.

Paul had exactly what I was looking for (VW Golf Mk7 driver's side mirrors), and was super friendly and helpful. Part was sent from the yard and arrived to my doorstep the next morning (being the day before Christmas). Fantastic customer service, and would highly recommend!

This company provides awesome service at a great price. We needed a 2nd hand electric window motor, a new one, quoted from a Auto electrician was $850, SGS did it for $90 delivered and it works really well. They dispatched the part overnight so it arrived the next working day, can't ask for anything better to save money and get speedy and super nice service.
