The most helpful and professional staff I've ever encountered with any rental place for both gear and accommodation! Special shoutout to Jason, who was very compassionate and extremely efficient in helping us when we met trouble on the slopes and needed accommodation ASAP. Thank you so much! Our stay at Jindabyne couldn't have been more perfect.

Great people. My son’s Adidas vest got mixed up in the returns. Phoned them and got it back the same morning, washed and dried! Honesty and integrity is a rarity these days, but these guys have it. Definitely recommended, and coming back in the future.

Exceptional customer service! They were very helpful and I’ll be definitely coming back next year. They even remembered me from the night before when I arrived this evening to service my snowboard. Love them!

Customers are given attention one by one (but rushed) so give at least an hour to get rentals during peak season. We rented ski boots here but got the wrong size because I have wide feet, but they measure only the length of your feet. Also, they don’t have snow chains for bigger wheels (our car rental was a Mazda CX3) so we had to go to BP to rent one.

Took my under 5 daughter in for her first ever ski hire. Guy that served her was incredible. Not just with ski gear, but also with kids. Perfect at getting her to confirm how the fit was etc. All round great experience.

Couldn't be happier with the service and the staff at The Base. Told us what we needed, good opening hours and well priced. Even helped us out with the area. Will be back again 100%

Friendly staff, very attentive and took the time to help us choose our gear. Gear was in decent shape, not for the hardcore boarders but being a first timer (and a regular in our group) they were more than adequate. Great location and early/late opening hours makes it convenient for pick-up/drop-off.

We rented our gears few times already and hands down it is the best place to rent your snow gears - best service and great prices!Unfortunately this year due to covid we were forced back to Sydney and wasn't able to use the hired equipments. The store happy to refund for the equipments we didn't use.

Great gear & good service. First time using this place for our ski gear but will definitely be back. Covid cancellation policy that a lot don’t offer. Definitely recommend!!

It took us around an hour and a half to get the gear for 4 people, we already preordered so I would have thought they would have the equipment ready by the time we arrived. They already had our heights and weights and could add more questions to speed up the service next time. The gear was in good condition and staff were nice, just know that pre-ordering online doesn't really mean anything.EDIT: I was contacted by staff that my experience was not the norm and that they would try to improve this as well as offered some compensation for my experience, I have updated my score to reflect this as it's nice to know people care about their service and customers.2nd EDIT: The staff were incredibly polite in the email and I will definitely hire from here in the future, I have updated my score to reflect this, I would recommend them and will use them in the future.
