My iPhone wasn't charging and they opened it up right then and there only waiting a short time unfortunately I was sold a dodgy phone but they were really lovely explaining everything that was wrong with it, even fixing it temporarily and telling me where I can get it fixed. Lovely guys

Non existent service, not even interested in trying to work out the problem with my computer. Tried telling me a new battery would be approx $250-$300 and because my pc is only a HP" it wasn't worth it. Took my pc to Need a Nerd for a second opinion
