Visited Tumut KFC two times this year 2022 Family Feast/Wicked Wings. First time it was just slightly warm, very dehydrated & chewy chicken & under cooked chips. Second time it was just warm, some pieces were moist others were dry. Chips were under cooked. coleslaw & hot potato gravy were both good both times.

No menu available as overhead TV screens weren't working. No printed to order from at all in the store.Ordered 2 pieces of chicken with chips. After 5 minutes I was told that the chicken would be 10 more minutes before it was ready. I was offered a refund but debited to wait as the chicken would be freshly cooked.One suggestion I would make is DON'T pack the chips 10min before the chicken is ready. They get cold.. Duh.Overall the food was better but still a little dry. I'd say it was overcooked.

We go weekly with the family... good value for takeaway in the packs however beware ...!!!!may not put in sauces or serviettes unless you ask ...?check your order as occasionally we have got back to Batlow and found out something is missing in our pack...? overall tho pretty good

We arrived 10 minutes before closing and the lights were all on, only to receive a recorded message at the speaker that they are closed. Doesn’t ‘opening hours’ mean you should be open and serving customers? Management fail big time.

Best KFC I have ever been to. Staff were lovely and the chicken leg was probably the best chicken leg I have eaten. Definitely worth the drive from Sydney.

Was there today 23/11/22 around 3pm .Orderd 2 ultimate boxes at a cost of $25 hard earned dollars !!!!and was given microscopic legs that had obviously been in the server for many many many hours .One mouthful. I even paid extra 3 bucks for an extra piece . Was given another shrivelled morsel that should have been disguarded.U lost 2 customers for life [email protected] that store is ALWAYS flyblown and filthy .We both got sick from it.

Worst chicken I had in a long time. Was not even sure that it was really chicken that we ate. More like breaded stuffing simmered in old oil.

Coleslaw salad was not available to order but the quality of chicken was good. Ordered a zinger crunch burger box which includes a chicken burger, chips, drink, potato gravy and 3 pieces of wicked wings. Reasonable price!
