Customer service is utterly appalling- there is never any follow up and they leave you hanging for weeks on end. Luckily managed to find another plumber to do the work. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Excellent service. Called with a non urgent gas hot water appliance problem. Young plumber called around 1 hour later. Very polite and competent. Fixed the problem without any fuss.

It’s odd. On 15 September 2020 there were five, out of eight, poor reviews about this business. One was mine. These all subsequently vanished. I thought the point of Google reviews was “to provide users with unbiased feedback from other customers' experiences”. This is not occurring if they are removed.
