My son had a hearing assessment this week. I was a little hesitant to attend given the current situation with COVID-19 but Attune Hearing quickly had me feeling confident and comfortable to go ahead with the appointment. They had all necessary precautions in place, making me feel safe and comfortable. All staff greeted us with a smile and by name on arrival. Our clinician was great, super friendly, good with young kids and very patient. Providing feedback on the spot. I will definitely be recommending this service and wouldn't hesitate returning if need be.

I took my Grandmother a few times and every time felt welcoming from reception to the end of session. Each time we ask for adjusment on hearing aid it was done with the smile.My Grandma is very happy and she is getting involved with in the family itself.Thank you Attune

I had a hearing test recently with Heba at Attune, Norwest and was very happy and impressed with the level of service I received. Heba was very professional and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. Heba talked me through the process every step of the way and made it a fun and joyful experience. I have seen many audiologists in the past but Heba is the best by far. Highly recommend a visit to Attune hearing Norwest and ask to see Heba. Highly recommended.

I have been using hearing aids for over 30years and went to Attune because a professional hearing specialist I knew went there. Then so did I with considerable success. I also found that everyone there has a positive attitude making it easy to recommend them. Also most importantly, they are not restricted to just the one or two brand's of hearing aids. Keith

I am with Attune Hearing Baulkham Hills since 8 years and Heba is a top notch audiologist and specialist in hearing aids, spends all the time you need choosing the right hearing aids for you from entry level to state of the art aids. She is always very helpful, courteous and professional, I always received answers to resolve the problem within minutes. I would highly recommend Attune Hearing Baulkham Hills for future needs/care related to hearing.

I have been a patient at Attune Hearing Norwest for about 4 years. During this time I have been fitted with 2 hearing aids, purchased a set of headphones as well as undergone many hearing tests. The services are always excellent. Heba the audiologist is very knowledgable about a variety of conditions and advances in the latest hearing technologies. The staff members are also unfailingly helpful and friendly during each of my visit.

We have been coming here for a few years now. My child loves seeing her regular audiologist, Heba; she is always so understanding, friendly and kind, and makes the experience a pleasant one for my child (and myself). Having your child's hearing tested can be daunting but thankfully it doesn't have to be a negative experience. Heba is great with following up with other related specialists and genuinely cares. We have also seen Vivian while Heba was away and she was also lovely. Reception staff are always very helpful too.

Attune Hearing at Norwest are of the highest of standards with regard to medical based hearing assessments and recommending the correct device for both my hearing loss and budget. I have had my hearing devices for 2 weeks now and they are performing exceptionally well, especially over the last weekend when I could hear my grandchildren properly for the first time.I will be highly recommending the staff at Attune to all my friends and family.

I was pleasantly surprised with the warmth and experitise I encountered at recent visits to Attune. The staff are very accomodating and empathic particularly while assisting my 86 yr old mum in law. She received advice on a range of hearing aid options without any pressure to buy any particular price point. A very special and highly recommended place for your hearing aid needs.
